Keep the line running. Get ahead of your insurance renewal.

The renewal arrives, somebody signs it, and the line keeps running. It is the easiest thing on your desk to put off and one of the more expensive ones to get wrong.

So tell us the month, and we'll check in ahead of time. If you'd like a second opinion by then, we'll introduce you to one licensed agent who works with shops like yours.

What month does your insurance renew?

If you're not sure to the day, the month is enough.

Would you like a second opinion before it renews?

We never ask what you pay, who you're with or what you carry. A licensed agent can go into that if you want them to.

What happens next

You give us one month. That's the whole ask.

  1. Today

We write down the month and leave you alone. No call, no visit, no packet in the mail.

  2. About 15 weeks out

One email from a real person here, reminding you what's coming and asking if you still want that second opinion.

  3. If you say yes

One licensed agent, picked for your trade and your area, gets your name and reaches out. One. If they're not useful, tell us and you're done.

Straight answers

What we ask for, and what we don't.

We askThe month it renews, what your shop makes, how many people work for you, your ZIP code and how to reach you. Nothing else.
We never askWhat you pay, who you're with, what you carry, your losses or your payroll figures. We're not licensed to do anything with that, so we don't collect it.
Who gets itUs, and — only if you ask for a second opinion — one licensed agent. We don't run your details through a bidding list, and we don't sell them on.
How we're paidLicensed agents pay us to arrange introductions. You're never charged.
Stopping itReply "stop" to any email or use the form. Same day, no questions.

A shop is not a small business with machines in it.

What you run, what you make it out of and who walks past it all matter, and they take someone who has seen a shop before to understand. Plenty of agents haven't.

That is the whole reason to start early: finding someone who knows your kind of shop takes longer than signing what's already in front of you.

Questions

Before you give us the month.

We have a broker already. Why would I do this?

Most owners we hear from do. A reminder is useful whether or not you ever ask for a second opinion, and if you don't want one, say so on the form and nobody gets your name.

Do you need to know what we run?

Only what your shop makes, in one word. The detail is the agent's conversation, and it only happens if you ask for it.

We renew in two weeks. Can you help now?

Give us the month anyway and say you want a second opinion. We'll pass it straight on, though at two weeks out there may not be much room left — that's the honest answer.

Are you an insurance agency?

No. We're not an agency, a broker or a producer, and nobody here holds a licence. We ask when your policy renews, we check in ahead of time, and we arrange an introduction if you want one. That's the whole job.

Who actually calls me?

One licensed agent, chosen for your trade and your area. Not a panel of them, and not a call centre working a shared list. If you'd rather we didn't, pick "just remind me" on the form and nobody gets your name.

What does the agent get?

Your name, your business, your trade, your size, your area and the month it renews — the same things you told us. Nothing about what you pay or what you have, because we never asked.

How do I get off your list?

Reply "stop" to any email from us, or use this form. We take you off the same day and keep the address on a suppression list so it can't come back.
