You've got jobs to run. Get ahead of your workers' comp renewal.
Your comp renewal lands in the middle of a job, gets signed, and that's another year gone. The only way it goes differently is if someone reminds you before the paperwork shows up.
So tell us the month, and we'll check in ahead of time. If you'd like a second opinion by then, we'll introduce you to one licensed agent who works with contractors.
You give us one month. That's the whole ask.

Today
We write down the month and leave you alone. No call, no visit, no packet in the mail.

About 15 weeks out
One email from a real person here, reminding you what's coming and asking if you still want that second opinion.
-
If you say yes
One licensed agent, picked for your trade and your area, gets your name and reaches out. One. If they're not useful, tell us and you're done.
What we ask for, and what we don't.
| We ask | The month it renews, your trade, how many people work for you, your ZIP code and how to reach you. That's it. |
|---|---|
| We never ask | What you pay, who you're with, what you carry, your losses or your payroll figures. We're not licensed to do anything with that, so we don't collect it. |
| Who gets it | Us, and — only if you ask for a second opinion — one licensed agent. We don't run your details through a bidding list, and we don't sell them on. |
| How we're paid | Licensed agents pay us to arrange introductions. You're never charged. |
| Stopping it | Reply "stop" to any email or use the form. Same day, no questions. |
Comp moves at renewal, or it does not move.
Contractors almost never change comp mid-term. The decision happens in the weeks before the anniversary date, and if nobody starts it there, the current policy rolls and you find out what changed afterwards.
Starting three months out is not early. It is the first point at which someone can actually look at the whole thing with you and still have time to do something about it.
Before you give us the month.
Does this work if I use a PEO or a state fund?
Give us the month either way. What you do about it is between you and a licensed agent — whether anything can be done at all is one of the things they'd tell you.
I'm a one-man shop. Is this for me?
Give us the month and your size and we'll hold it. Whether a second opinion is worth your time at that size is the agent's call to make honestly, not ours to guess at.
Will this turn into five agents calling me?
No. One agent, picked for your trade and your area. We don't put your name on a shared list, and we don't sell it on.
Are you an insurance agency?
No. We're not an agency, a broker or a producer, and nobody here holds a licence. We ask when your policy renews, we check in ahead of time, and we arrange an introduction if you want one. That's the whole job.
Who actually calls me?
One licensed agent, chosen for your trade and your area. Not a panel of them, and not a call centre working a shared list. If you'd rather we didn't, pick "just remind me" on the form and nobody gets your name.
What does the agent get?
Your name, your business, your trade, your size, your area and the month it renews — the same things you told us. Nothing about what you pay or what you have, because we never asked.
How do I get off your list?
Reply "stop" to any email from us, or use this form. We take you off the same day and keep the address on a suppression list so it can't come back.
Get ahead of your comp renewal.
One question about the month, a few about the work, and we're out of your way until it's close.
